Direction signs - good
First of all a general sign with the orientation of the building should be provided at the entrance of the building so they can study were to go.
Adding tactile signs with big text and pictograms at the beginning of each hall make it easy to understand were to go. An extra indicator could be to use tactile information on de floor.
Direction signs - bad
The spatial orientation of a visual impaired person this different than other people. They will have more difficulties with understanding one sign with all the directions.
